It’s my pleasure to have you in my page. However, are you a smoker? Do you intend to quit sincerely? If your answers are YES, then borrow me 5 minutes of your time let me unravel the simple secret of quitting to you.

Note: if you honestly apply my simple quit formula which I’ll show you, you may have smoked your last stick yesterday!

Am doing this to assist my smokers fan who out of ignorance and fear of nicotine thinks quiting smoking is impossible.

WHY YOU SMOKE!

Man by nature likes testing/researching. Out of ignorance I decided to test smoking, to really see & know what’s really inside the stick that the whole word is craving for. Unfortunately to me and you I found myself “hooked up” in the dirty habit. I guess u find yourself through the same process too? Of course nobody compelled you to start smoking! You did yourself! Come to think, have you asked yourself why you smoke? Perhaps “Mr. Nicotine” gave you false ideas like relaxation, socialization, food digestion, excretion etc. these are the “assumed good aspect of smoking”; but I will urge you to make a comparative study between the good and bad aspect of it to weigh the two of them. Surely, the negative aspect of smoking will outweigh the positive (except you’re not sincere to even your own self!)

“well, to me for the nine good years I smoked, the only “good stupid reason” why I smoked was inhaling toxic chemicals deposited in tobacco, and popping out very offensive smoke from my mouth into the air”. ..Sean Kenny.

Of course this is the simple reason why you smoke! What a madness! I define smoking as “madness” because the manufactures even warned “smokers are liable to die young”. Unfortunately, this warning rather than scaring people from smoking, it has even encourage new smokers to continue. What a mentality in smoking! To me, how I understand the warning is that smoking surely destroys your health; that’s the meaning of ‘liability’ in that warning.

Although, untruthful smokers claim smoking helps them relax, gain/loss appetite, socialize etc. believe me those reasons are mere defense mechanism of the habit. Trust me, from my nine years experience, no old smoker is comfortable/happy still smoking. It’s a hidden truth revealed.

Believe me, why you still remain a smoker is a small yoke- ‘Mr. Nicotine’ and ‘indecision’; however, note that your still smoking is not spiritually attached, but your indecision and nicotine content in you, however, this yoke can be broken today after you finish reading this article.

WHY YOU MUST QUIT!
Believe me from your innate heart, you wish to quit but you’re unable. I also know you have tried many occasions to quit but failed. Myself, I tried uncountable times but failed uncountable times, until I researched a formula that helped me; that formula I will introduce to you here. One honest truth you must accept as a smoker is that smoking does not give any sort of utility (satisfaction), rather, it withdraws/dries the existing utility in you. see my formula for defining smoking (CT-PT) where CT is Cost & PT is profit, i.e. (Cost – Profit). You keep spending without profiting! What kind of business is that!

Now let’s face it squally. Smoking for the best I know cost you much money ON DAILY BASES, without ever any profit. It cost you basically, your money and time. Calculate 5 sticks of cigarette for a month. Smoking costs you your health, money, time, offensive smell, it will damage your finger nails, it changes your original color, your teeth, greater chances of heart problems, cancer, stamina, sexual ego, dry hair/skin, smoking also makes you withdraw from people thereby consuming the time you would have used for profiting ventures. So many ills loaded in it. Of course you must be a mad man to continue smoking after reading this article! Am sorry the way I sound, but its true.

Any profit? Well, its individual difference. But I wonder the type of profit a reasonable person like you will be benefiting from such a product that even the manufacturer had already clearly issued a warning- ‘smokers are liable to die youg’. You must be sincer to yourself that you really need quit the habit or else you’ll defiantly remain in the habit. Simple.

QUITING!
Thanks for reading up to this point. I will be brief. “The truth about quitting is even prayers wont quit smoking”; this is because it’s a personal decision you took, and your still remaining a smoker is base on your indecision to quit the habit. ‘Even in your indecisions you have decided to remain with the habit. I prayed my best, I submitted prayer points, smoking was point number one on the list; yet the more I found myself in the habit the more. SMOKING IS NOT SPIRITUALLY ATTACHED, IT’S INDIVIDUALLY ATTCHED. YOU QUIT WHEN YOU DECIDE TO QUIT. Counseling even will not quit you the habit; nicotine patch will only reduce the urge.

Finally, friend smoking cessation (quitting) could be much simple if you apply my simple formula- the APF formula (Anti-procrastination Formula) it states “The Best Time For Quitting, Is Quitting Now” very brief, but effective. Give it a trial now; you must have smoked your last stick yesterday! Don’t procrastinate anymore! Quite today, not tomorrow!
Friend, smoking cessation could be very easy when you follow these three steps:
 Decide within yourself to quite, now.
 Decide not to smoke the next stick again, now.
 Apply the anti-procrastination formula (APF), now.

Why Quit?

No matter how old you are or how long you've smoked, quitting will help you live longer. People who stop smoking before age 50 cut their risk of dying in the next 15 years in half compared with those who continue to smoke. Ex-smokers enjoy a higher quality of life with fewer illnesses from cold and flu viruses, better self-reported health, and reduced rates of bronchitis and pneumonia.

For decades the Surgeon General has reported the health risks linked to smoking. In 1990, the Surgeon General concluded:
Quitting smoking has major and immediate health benefits for men and women of all ages. Benefits apply to people with and without smoking-related disease.
Former smokers live longer than people who keep smoking.
Quitting smoking decreases the risk of lung cancer, other cancers, heart attack, stroke, and chronic lung disease.

Women who stop smoking before pregnancy or during the first 3 to 4 months of pregnancy reduce their risk of having a low birth-weight baby to that of women who never smoked.

The health benefits of quitting smoking are far greater than any risks from the small weight gain (usually less than 10 pounds) or any emotional or psychological problems that may follow quitting.

WHEN YOU QUIT !
20 minutes after quitting: Your heart rate and blood pressure drops.
